It was amazing to see the talent of the young girls. Wow. Impressive. 260 yard drives, under par. I spoke with one of the coaches from the US who was up scouting during the event. Melissa McNamara Luellen is Head Coach of the ASU Women's Golf Team and has been for 12 years. We played the Tour back in the day. We also played college golf in the same era for different universities. We were shaking our heads at the skill level of today's juniors. Neither of us broke 70 in competition until our last year of university. These girls are doing it when they are 14 and 15 years old. The game of golf is growing fast.
